Our Mission

The Women’s Ministry at Spicewood Baptist Church exists to encourage, equip, and support women in our church and throughout the Spicewood community. Our desire is to help women grow in their faith and live lives that honor Christ—bearing fruit through good works and continually growing in the knowledge of God (Colossians 1:10).

How We Live Out This Mission

We pursue this calling through intentional connection, biblical teaching, and prayer:

  • Weekly Bible Studies
    Join us during the Sunday School hour or in our Monday evening and Tuesday morning Bible study gatherings as we study God’s Word together and grow in faith.

  • Women’s Events & Gatherings
    Throughout the year, we host special women’s events designed to foster fellowship, encouragement, and spiritual growth.

  • A Strong Focus on Prayer
    Prayer is at the heart of our ministry as we seek God’s guidance, lift one another up, and intercede for our church and community.

Serving Our Church & Community

We are committed to supporting and strengthening the broader ministries of Spicewood Baptist Church. From Kids’ Club and church-wide events to hosting banquets, wedding and baby showers, and serving Wednesday evening meals, our women joyfully serve wherever there is a need. As the Lord leads, we strive to care for our church family and reach out to families across our community with Christ’s love.
